We need to finish creating and posting signs for five additional codes.
Once the fall semester starts, we’ll track their usage, then conduct two surveys, a pop-up survey that will appear when users hit the web pages referenced by the codes,and an in-person survey that will be conducted using a convenience sample of students studying on the 4th floor. Each student working on the floor will ask three patrons about the QR codes when they start their shift.
Questions for each survey will vary, but here’s what we’ve created so far:
